Important Notes
Minimum check-in Age: 21 Check-in: 4:30 pm Check-out: 10 am
Reception/Office Hours: 24 hours. During Off-Season (mid-April through May), the building is locked, please call the resort at least one day prior to your arrival for check-in procedures.
Parking: Complimentary Valet Parking. One complimentary underground parking space per residence is provided. For additional vehicles, a nearby pay-to-park lot is available.
Housekeeping: Ala carte services can be requested for a fee. Choose from a Tidy Clean, Daily Clean, or Mid-stay Service.
Smoking Policy: No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is permitted indoors or on guestroom patio/balconies. Subject to a $500 fine.
Required Taxes & Fees:
- Franz Klammer Lodge charges a Nightly Usage fee and a Departure Cleaning fee. The Nightly Usage fee covers the services and amenities at the resort, and the Departure Cleaning fee is for the cleaning services the staff performs after a Member or guest checks out.
- Nightly Usage Fee: Two Bedroom - $38/Night; Three Bedroom - $47/Night
- Departure Cleaning Fee: Two Bedroom - $320; Three Bedroom - $400
- Late check-outs will incur a fee equivalent to the Nightly Usage Fee
Other Notes:
- This resort only allows stays of 3-, 4-, or 7-nights, and all reservations must begin or end on a Sunday.
- Exceeding max occupancy is not permitted.
- Off Season Details: off season usually runs from mid-April through the end of May. Transportation, housekeeping, and concierge services will not be offered. Only the main pool and hot tub will be open, and the sauna, steam room and locker rooms will be closed. The Lodge will be locked, and you will need your residence key to enter the building, therefore please call the resort at least 24 hours prior to arrival to receive your check-in procedures. Note: the off-season dates for the resort may differ from when the mountain closes for its off-season. Please refer to your confirmation and tellurideskiresort.com for details on each.
Helpful Information:
- Units do not have AC. Each unit has humidifiers and windows that open to fresh mountain air; fans and evaporative air coolers can be provided upon request.
- Complimentary airport transfers to/from Montrose Regional Airport (MTJ) and Telluride Regional Airport (TEX) can be arranged. Guest must provide flight details 7 days prior to arrival to guarantee the transfer.
- Pre-Arrival Vacation Planning & Concierge. Our team will send out a Vacation Planner about 6 weeks prior to your arrival. It includes transportation, bedding configuration, pre-arrival grocery shopping and delivery, restaurant and spa reservations, and more.
- Seasonal Services: Ski Rentals, Ski lockers and boot warmers, Golf Valet, Bicycles, and Sleds
- Child-Friendly Amenities: cribs, car seats, booster seats, highchairs, rollaways, games, and DVDs can be made available by request on a first come first served basis.

No pets Allowed. Only Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted at all Raintree resorts.
