Park Plaza is a quaint three-story condo resort perfect for a family adventure located in Prospector Square, a Norman Rockwell-esque neighborhood in the heart of Park City. Less than two miles away from the nation’s largest ski resort and Park City Golf Club, and only 32 miles from Salt Lake City, our resort is the perfect base for exploring all this beautiful region has to offer.

Park City boasts three year-round mountain resorts featuring miles of easy to advanced trails. The three ski areas are: Deer Valley, Park City, and The Canyons. Skiing and snowboarding are tops in winter, and in warmer weather, wildflowers bloom and mountain trails are great for hiking and biking as well as alpine golf. For food aficionados, Park City offers cuisines from around the world in over 100 restaurants and bars.

Housekeeping: Standard services include a mid-week trash removal and towel exchange. Daily services can be arranged at the Front Desk for a fee.

Smoking Policy: No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, permitted indoors or on guestroom patio/balconies. Subject to a $500 fine.

Required Taxes & Fees:

  • Park Plaza charges a daily resort fee of 17.50 which is charged when you arrive at the property. The fee covers Wi-Fi access, underground parking, ski season shuttle service, local calls, the fitness center, pass printing, weekly events, and more.
  • Refundable Security Deposit at check-in (credit card required)

Other Notes:

  • Exceeding max occupancy is not permitted, but a rollaway bed can be requested for a one- or two-bedroom unit for $15/night.

Helpful Information:

  • No pool onsite, instead there is a Spa & Lounge Area featuring an 18-person hot tub, table games such as pool, shuffleboard, and foosball, and a cozy seating area surrounding a beautiful fire feature.
  • Self-service washer/dryers are available 24 hrs a day, located in the parking garage
  • Pack-n-plays can be provided by request, per availability

No pets Allowed. Only Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted at all Raintree resorts.

Park Plaza Rooms

Park Plaza offers studio, junior suite, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom condominiums, which can sleep up to eight guests. Each of our spacious units feature air conditioning and heating, a kitchen or kitchenette, flat screen TVs with cable, and many include a fireplace and a private balcony.  Whether you're traveling solo, as a couple, or with a family, our condominium-style units provide all the comforts you’ll need.
