Parking: On-site (valet only) parking is available for $20/night plus a $4 credit card processing fee (fees subject to change). Self-parking options are also available nearby, each with varying fees.
Housekeeping: Linens and amenities exchange can be requested any time. A mid-week clean is provided for guests staying 5 nights or more if requested. Any other housekeeping services requested will have a fee.

No pets Allowed. Only Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted at all Raintree resorts. This is strictly enforced, and Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed at Polo Towers.
Polo Towers offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom condominiums, which can sleep up to six guests. Each spacious unit features full or partial kitchens, free Wifi, large screen TVs with cable, security safes, and a private balcony. At Polo Towers, we have everything to help you unwind, reconnect, and rejuvenate during your vacation.
Please be informed that construction work has begun to transform an area adjacent to Polo Towers into a new shopping and dining facility resulting in noticeable sights and sounds during the day. Also note that access to our property and traffic flow has been impacted and signs have been posted to direct arrivals through the new temporary entrance to the resort. The valet lot has also been limited; for this service, reservations are recommend by visiting Polo Towers Valet Parking. This adjacent construction work and its impacts is expected to be ongoing until the Summer of 2025.
