Parking: Guests can enjoy complimentary valet parking for one vehicle per residence in our heated parking garage. Oversize vehicles are not permitted and must be self-parked in an adjacent lot (fees may apply).
Housekeeping: Complimentary daily housekeeping is provided
Smoking Policy: No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, permitted indoors or on guestroom patio/balconies. Subject to a $500 fine.
Required Taxes & Fees:
- Teton Club charges a nightly usage fee for all reservations. For Raintree Members, this fee is $15 per night for any unit type. For non-member reservations the fee is $25 per night for a 2B unit, and $37.50 per night for a 3B unit.
Other Notes:
- All reservation must be in 7-night intervals and with a check-in day of Sunday
Helpful Information:
- There are no pools onsite, however there are 4 outdoor Hot Tubs
- The in-lounge bar opens daily for drinks at 3pm
- Twin beds can be converted into a King upon request
No pets Allowed. Only Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted at all Raintree resorts.
