The Resorts at Whistler
The Resorts at Whistler is a collection of scenic condominium units throughout fourteen different properties in Whistler, North America's number one ski destination. Units range from studio to four-bedroom and offer a wide variety of amenities. Whistler is a perfect retreat whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or a large family gathering, and since our properties are spread throughout the area, from slope side to the heart of Whistler Village, we have just what you're looking for.
Whistler, British Columbia is located at the base of Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains, where epic slopes in the winter and amazing hiking and biking trails in the summer attract outdoor adventurers. Whistler is your gateway to a year-round playground of high-action adventure, expansive mountain views, and unique shopping and dining in a welcoming pedestrian-only village.
Amenities and Services
Not a single resort, but rather a collection of private condominiums in fourteen different properties located throughout Whistler’s distinct neighborhoods including Main Village, Village North, Upper Village, Creekside, and Blueberry Hill. Amenities vary, but each property provides complimentary parking, nearly all have a pool or hot tub, provide ski storage, and some even have ski-in/out access, fitness rooms, and BBQ grills. No matter which property you stay at, just about any amenity can be found nearby, as Whistler is a planned community with access to restaurants, shops, or services never more than a stone’s throw away.

Parking: Complimentary parking. Please contact your property directly for any conditions or restrictions.
Housekeeping: Policies vary by property, please contact the property manager as noted on your confirmation.
Smoking Policy: No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to a $500 fine.

- Aspens: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Cascade $15 CAD + tax per day
- Ironwood: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Lake Placid: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Powders Edge: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Northstar: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Snowbird: $15 CAD + tax per day
- Town Plaza: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Tyndall Stone: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Valhalla: $50 CAD + tax per WEEK
- Village Center: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Village Gate House: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Whistler Creek: $20 CAD + tax per day
- Woodrun: $20 CAD + tax per day
Other Notes:
- All stays are required to be in 7-night intervals, and with the following check-in day:
- Friday: Aspens, Cascade, Town Plaza, Tyndall Stone, Village Gate House
- Saturday: Northstar, Whistler Creek
- Sunday: Ironwood, Lake Placid, Powders Edge, Snowbird, Valhalla, Village Center, Woodrun
- The Resorts at Whistler are not eligible for Raintree Rentals and can only be booked with Points
No pets Allowed. Only Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are permitted at all Raintree resorts.
The Resorts at Whistler Rooms
Room types vary at each property but range from a Studio to a Four-bedroom Condo. All include a kitchenette or fully equipped kitchen, and many include comfort amenities such as a fireplace, a washer and dryer, balcony or patio, and some even include a private hot tub. No matter which property and unit you choose, they are made to make you feel right at home and perfect for exploring all that Whistler has to offer.
