Beyond the comforts you’d expect from a luxury home, the resort features an outdoor waterfall hot tub; a Club Room with a massive stone fireplace, sunroom, and brewing bar; a 24-hour fitness center with Nautilus equipment; a Rec Room with toys and games for all ages; a business center; and a secure heated garage. Important Notes

Office Hours: Daily, from 7am to 11pm. Off-Season (approx. October/November & April/May), hours are limited. If arriving outside office hours, please address via the Pre-Arrival Vacation Planner.
Parking: Enjoy free valet service with easy-in, easy-out access at any time of the day in our heated, covered onsite garage. Each residence has one parking spot included with their stay, and additional parking spaces may be purchased for a nightly fee, based on availability.
Housekeeping: Ala carte services can be requested for a fee. Choose from a Tidy Clean, a Daily Clean, or a Mid-stay Service.
Smoking Policy: No smoking on property, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to a $500 fine.
Required Taxes & Fees:
- The River Club charges a Nightly Usage Fee for all reservations: $30/night for 2-bedrooms, and $40/night for 3-bedroom units. Members and guests are responsible for the Nightly Usage Fee if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to check-in or are a no show for the reservation.
Other Notes:
- All reservations must be in seven-night (weekly) intervals with a check in day of Saturday in winter months and a check in day of Friday in summer months.
- A Pre-Arrival Vacation Planner will be emailed to you 4-6 weeks prior to arrival. Important information such as expected arrival time, airport transportation, and bedding configuration will be address as well as anything else that may need arranging for your ideal vacation.
- OFF-SEASON: The River Club's full amenities are not offered in the off seasons, which take place early October through late November and after ski area operations end through Memorial Day every year. Valet services, the concierge, housekeeping, grocery services, and the hot tub are not available during this time.
Helpful Information:
- No pool onsite, instead there is a natural stone hot tub that sits on the bank of the San Miguel River mimicking a natural mountain hot spring, complete with waterfall.
- There is no AC at this property. Floor fans are located in the bedroom closets of each unit.
- The ‘Kids Club’ Rec Room has a library nook, board games, Wii gaming system, 70" TV, & more
- Use of recreational equipment including sleds, fishing poles, wagons, river tubes, and bikes available
- Highchairs, pack-n-plays, strollers & cribs can be provided upon request (based on availability)
Pets: The River Club has designated dog-friendly residences available by request on a first come, first served basis. You must receive confirmation of approval from the resort prior to arrival to bring your dog. If approved, a non-refundable $30 per night Pet Fee applies. Maximum 2 dogs. Service Animals, as defined by the ADA, are also permitted and subject to the Pet Fee. Requests for NON-dog-friendly rooms are also accepted but cannot be guaranteed.
