Important Notes
Minimum check-in Age: 21 Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am
Reception/Office Hours: 6am -12am. After-hour arrivals can check in with Security.
Parking: Outdoor or garage parking is available, depending on the unit. Parking is limited, and the resort is not able to accommodate the storage of boats, RVs, and trailers.
Housekeeping: Complimentary housekeeping is provided only to extended stays every 8th day when arranged at check-in. Trash removal and delivery of linens or other amenities is available by request at any time.
Smoking Policy: No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, indoors or on guestroom patio/balconies. Subject to a $500 fine.
Required Taxes & Fees:
- Late check-out fee: $35 the first hour past 10am, and $100.00 for each additional hour
Other Notes:
- Exceeding max occupancy is not permitted. No extra bedding (roll-aways) available.
